Turn your audience into recurring commission
Tracked's affiliate program pays creators and coaches for referring athletes who subscribe. Applications are reviewed manually, and every term below is pulled directly from the live Affiliate Agreement — no surprises after you're approved.
Applying happens inside the free Tracked app once you have an account — see "How to apply" below.
Affiliates vs. coaching partners
An Affiliate is an independent creator or promoter who earns commission on subscriptions purchased by people they refer — this is the program described on this page. A coaching partner (a Tracked coach running their own client roster) is a completely different relationship with its own pricing and agreement; coach subscriptions are not part of the affiliate commission pipeline today. Affiliates are independent contractors, not Tracked employees or agents, and have no authority to speak for Tracked beyond promoting it as described in the Affiliate Agreement.
Who this program is for
We approve every application manually, so tell us about your audience — this is what we look for.
Fitness-adjacent audience
Lifters, coaches, strength communities, or creators whose audience is already tracking training and would genuinely use Tracked.
A real, findable channel
An Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, podcast, newsletter, gym, or coaching business you can link us to — anonymous or brand-new accounts are reviewed case by case.
Honest promotion
You're comfortable disclosing the affiliate relationship and representing pricing and features accurately, per FTC-style endorsement guidelines.
Long-term interest
Affiliates who promote consistently tend to do best — commission accrues on renewals for as long as attribution stays active, not just the first sale.
How to apply
Applications are submitted and reviewed inside the Tracked app, not on this website.
Download Tracked and create a free account
You need an active Tracked account to apply — the same account you'll use to track your own referral link and dashboard.
Apply from your profile
Open Profile → Affiliate Program → Apply, choose your unique affiliate code, and accept the current Affiliate Agreement.
We review every application manually
There's no guaranteed approval and no fixed review time. We don't require a reason to decline an application.
Get your link and dashboard
Once approved, your commission rate and any discount tier are set and shown in your Affiliate Dashboard, along with live click, referral, and earnings data.

Commission model
These figures are the current defaults published in the Affiliate Agreement — your specific rate is confirmed at approval and shown in your dashboard.
Default rate: 30% of net revenue
Net revenue is what Tracked actually receives from a referred subscriber's purchase, after platform fees, taxes, currency conversion, and any discount applied at signup.
Commission on renewals, not just the first sale
You earn on the initial subscription, renewals while attribution is active, plan changes, and non-renewing one-time purchases.
Rate changes are prospective only
If Tracked adjusts your rate, it never applies retroactively to commission you've already earned.
Optional discount tiers
Some affiliate codes are assigned an introductory discount for the people they refer, at Tracked's discretion. Commission is still calculated on the discounted price the subscriber actually pays.
Attribution rules
First-affiliate-wins
A referred user is attributed to the first affiliate code or link they use before creating their account. A later code from a different affiliate doesn't change that.
12-month attribution window
Attribution stays active for 12 months from when it's established. After that, no further commission accrues from that user's purchases.
Self-referral is blocked
You can't refer yourself or accounts you control — this is enforced automatically at attribution time and is grounds for suspension.
How attribution actually happens today
Referrals are explicit: someone enters your affiliate code inside the Tracked mobile app during signup or at the paywall. There's no cookie or fingerprint matching — make sure the people you refer know to enter your code.
Payouts
Stripe Connect Express
All payouts run through Stripe Connect. You'll complete Stripe's identity verification (KYC) and any required tax forms as part of onboarding after approval.
Hold windows before a payout is eligible
Annual initial purchases hold 60 days, monthly initial purchases and one-time purchases hold 30 days, and renewals or plan changes hold 14 days — this reflects each transaction's refund risk window.
$25 USD minimum payout (default)
Earnings below the minimum roll forward and combine with future earnings until the threshold is reached. Tracked may set a different minimum on individual accounts.
Refunds and chargebacks net out
If a referred purchase is refunded or reversed, the corresponding commission is reversed too — including after payout, in which case it's deducted from future earnings.
What we ask of you
- Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly when you promote Tracked
- Represent Tracked's features and pricing accurately
- Follow anti-spam, consumer-protection, and advertising laws in your jurisdiction
Prohibited practices
- Bidding on Tracked-trademarked search terms in paid search
- Registering domains, handles, or app names using Tracked's trademarks
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam) promoting Tracked
- Offering cashback or incentives just for clicking your link or signing up
- Bots, click farms, cookie stuffing, or other artificial traffic
- Self-referral, or referring accounts you control
These are grounds for immediate suspension or termination — see Section 8 of the Affiliate Agreement for the full list.
Creative assets
Approved affiliates get a limited license to use Tracked's name, logo, and official screenshots to promote the program — available in your Affiliate Dashboard once approved. You can't modify Tracked's logo or marks, and the license ends if your participation in the program ends.
Reporting & dashboard access
Your Affiliate Dashboard shows your referral link and code, pending vs. cleared earnings, payout history, and any discount tier assigned to your code — updated as attributions and commissions post. Your specific commission rate and dashboard data are confidential and shouldn't be shared publicly.
