Connect your Tracked account to the assistant you already use. The connector is read-only, covers seven summaries of your data and only ever reads your own account.
Claude
Tracked is listed in Claude's connector directory. Add it, sign in to Tracked and approve read-only access, then ask Claude about your training, nutrition, bodyweight, check-ins and sleep.
ChatGPT
Tracked's ChatGPT app is awaiting approval in the app directory. Until then, you can add the connector as a custom connector in developer mode.
