Ask ChatGPT or Claude About Your Tracked Data
Connect your Tracked account to the assistant you already use and ask about the training, nutrition, bodyweight, check-in and sleep data you log. The connection is read-only, limited to your account, and you can disconnect at any time.

Sleep and recovery
Sleep duration, quality and stages where recorded, plus resting heart rate and heart-rate variability from your connected devices, over up to 90 days.
Read-Only by Design
The connector answers questions about your data. It can't change anything in your account.
- No tool can create, edit or delete data, send messages or act on your behalf
- Only your own account — the connector can't look up another athlete or client
- Photos, videos, messages, coach notes and free-text check-in answers are never exposed
- Contact details, date of birth, billing and menstrual-cycle data stay out too
You Stay in Control
Connecting is optional, and you decide what the assistant can read.
- Sign in on Tracked's own page — your password is never shared with the assistant
- Review the requested data categories before you approve, or decline
- See connections and access history in your Tracked dashboard settings
- Disconnect at any time and new requests stop immediately
Connect in Three Steps
Setup starts in your AI assistant. You'll need a Tracked account with some logged data.
- 1
Add Tracked to your assistant
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector with the address below. In ChatGPT, add the same address as a custom connector in developer mode while Tracked's app listing awaits approval.
- 2
Sign in to Tracked
Your assistant sends you to Tracked's sign-in page. Your Tracked password is never shared with the assistant.
- 3
Approve and ask
Review the read-only data categories, approve the connection, then ask your first question.

Every summary states its period, its units and how much of that period you actually logged, so an assistant can tell a missing day from a real zero. Summaries are informational, not medical advice.
