Tracked AI connectors

Connect your Tracked data to ChatGPT or Claude

Tracked's AI connector lets an assistant answer questions about the fitness data you have logged. The connection is optional, read-only, and limited to your own account.

How to connect

  1. In ChatGPT, open Apps and choose Tracked. During developer testing, create a custom connector using https://mcp.tracked.training/mcp. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add the same address.
  2. Sign in on Tracked's secure authorization page. Your Tracked password is never shared with the assistant.
  3. Review the requested read-only data categories and approve the connection. You can decline or disconnect at any time.
  4. Ask about your logged activity, such as “Summarize my training over the last 30 days.”

What the connector can read

The assistant can request bounded summaries of your profile, training, nutrition, bodyweight, numeric check-ins, steps, sleep, and overall activity. It receives only the category needed for the question you ask. Every available tool is read-only: the connector cannot create, edit, or delete data, send messages, or act for you.

What is never shared

The connector does not expose your email address, phone number, date of birth, billing information, internal identifiers, photos, videos, direct messages, coach notes, free-text check-in answers, menstrual-cycle data, raw wearable payloads, or deleted records. Assistant responses are informational and are not medical, nutrition, or training advice.

Review access or disconnect

Open Settings → AI connectors to see current connections and recent access history. Disconnecting revokes new access immediately. You can also remove Tracked from the assistant's own app or connector settings.

Privacy, deletion, and support

Data returned to an assistant is handled under that provider's terms and your provider account settings. Read the Tracked Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
