Log Sets From Your Wrist
Start a workout on your iPhone and Tracked opens on your Apple Watch with it. Your current exercise and set are right there, so your phone can stay in your pocket.
- Opens on your watch when you start a workout on iPhone
- Turn the Digital Crown to set weight, reps and RIR or RPE
- Jump to the previous or next exercise, or end the session, from your wrist
- iPhone out of reach? Sets are saved on the watch and sync when it's back
Rest Timer and Heart Rate on Your Wrist
Logging a set starts your rest. A countdown ring takes over the screen, and your live heart rate stays in view for the whole session.
- Add or remove 15 seconds, or skip rest
- A tap on your wrist when rest is over
- Live heart rate in beats per minute
- Saves a strength workout with heart rate and active energy to Apple Health
Your Workout on the Lock Screen
While you train, a Live Activity keeps your session on your iPhone's Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can check your next set without unlocking.
- Current exercise, set number and what you lifted last time
- A rest countdown with buttons to add or remove 15 seconds
- Skip to the previous or next exercise without opening the app
- Also shows up in the Smart Stack on your Apple Watch
Home Screen and Lock Screen Widgets
Six widgets keep today's training and nutrition a glance away: Today, Daily Summary, Workout, Quick Log, Steps and Water.
- Log a glass of water with one tap, without opening the app
- Log the same set again or skip rest from the Workout widget
- Rings for calories, protein, water and steps against your goals
- Steps and Water on your Lock Screen too
Free on iPhone and Apple Watch
The Apple Watch app, widgets and Live Activities are free. The watch app needs watchOS 10 or later and runs alongside a workout on your iPhone, and Live Activities need iOS 16.2 or later. You can turn the watch app off at any time in Settings.
