Upload your Strong CSV export and bring your entire lifting history into Tracked — sets, reps, weights, and all.

MacroFactor splits training and nutrition into two exports — Tracked imports both.

  • Training days from a MacroFactor Workouts program export come in as workout templates
  • Meals, macros, and calories from a MacroFactor food log export come in as nutrition history
  • Two separate files: a program XLSX for workouts, a food log CSV for nutrition
