Log Only What You Know
Add a period with a start and end date, and add flow if you want to. Everything you log shows up in one confirmed history, newest first.
- Start and end dates for each period
- Optional flow: spotting, light, medium or heavy
- Every entry marked as logged by you or imported
- Delete any entry at any time
Import From Apple Health or Health Connect
Already track your cycle somewhere else? Bring those records in instead of starting from zero. Import is read-only and only runs when you ask for it.
- Reads the last 30 days of menstrual records you choose to share
- Optionally request up to 12 months of history
- Never writes anything back to Apple Health or Health Connect
- Imports never overwrite the entries you logged yourself
Neutral Context Beside Your Trends
See where you are in your cycle on the cycle tracking screen. A compact cycle card on your bodyweight and readiness screens puts the same context next to your numbers.
- Cycle day and a broad window: menstrual, early, mid or late cycle
- Every value clearly labelled as observed or estimated
- Estimated next period window once you've logged at least three periods
- Low, medium or high confidence, based on how much history you've logged and how regular it is
Private by Default
Cycle tracking stays off until you turn it on. It is never switched on based on gender, and sharing anything with a coach is a separate choice.
- Opt-in coach sharing sends only a summary: the estimated next window and whether a period is logged today
- Your raw dates, flow and health records are never shared with a coach
- Delete all cycle data and turn tracking off in one step
- Synced across your own devices and included in your data export
Informational, Not Medical
Cycle tracking gives you context, not conclusions. Tracked does not predict fertility, ovulation or pregnancy, does not diagnose health conditions, and never uses your cycle to change your training or nutrition.
